Adams County Sheriff’s Office Fishing Festival

HPD at the Adams County Sheriff’s Office Fishing Festival

HPD will have a booth at this year’s Adams County Sheriff's Office 30th Annual Fishing Festival, held at Riverdale Regional Park. This long-running community event takes place on the first Saturday in June, aligning with Colorado’s Free Fishing Day, making it a perfect opportunity to introduce new anglers to the sport.

Throughout the day, youth (17 and under) and seniors (55+) fish for prizes and fun, while HPD members will be on hand teaching fly fishing and casting to both kids and adults. This is a great outreach event for the club, and volunteers will be needed to help with instruction and engagement. More details will be shared as we get closer to the event—stay tuned and consider lending a hand to help grow the next generation of anglers.
