Casting Clinic: Carp Presentations

This casting clinic is focused on effective presentations for carp, where accuracy and control matter more than distance. We’ll cover the drag-and-drop method, including timing, lead placement, and fly control, along with other key carp techniques such as leading moving fish, short-range accuracy casts, and line management for quick follow-up shots.

Emphasis will be placed on stealth, clean deliveries, and reading fish behavior—skills that separate successful carp anglers from frustrated ones. This clinic is designed to get members ready for the Carp Clinic & Fishing Trip with Chris B. on August 22, helping you arrive with the casting skills needed to make the most of the day.
