Casting Clinic: Stillwater Presentations

This casting clinic focuses on efficient, accurate presentations for stillwater fishing. We’ll work on longer casts, line control, and clean deliveries that help flies settle properly without spooking fish. Emphasis will be on managing slack, controlling depth, and making repeatable casts that matter when fishing lakes and ponds.

This is a must-attend class. At our next Members Meeting, Rick K. will be covering stillwater setup and fly selection, leading directly into the Stillwater Fishing Tournament in July. This clinic connects casting mechanics to real stillwater fishing scenarios you’ll be using on the water.
